		<description>I think the focus is on User Experience (UX) not User interface.  User Experience encompasses much more than the interaction of users and a website, but also thinks about the content, data, and strategy.  

Just a minor (but important) clarification, that the scope is larger to think about.  Agreed, Governance is certainly important but the end output will be the overall experience.
