I can't imagine that I have configured it wrong: pasting an RSS URL into iTunes is pretty easy so it must be something on their end. I've tried finding their technical support and commenting on various posts to no avail (yours isn't the only feed that is having issues) so until they fix things - no Redmonk TV for me, sorry.
