Actually I believe IBM has been saying a lot of the same things around how to get started: there are the SOA entry points, and Sandy Carter&#039;s book spends a lot of time talking about the need to start off with something manageable.</description>

		<description>I still have REAL difficulty seeing where (if at all) MS actually GETS it. That&#039;s not a crack at individuals - Hugh shows that there are people at Microsoft who get it, and I am a HUGE fan of Kim Cameron, but corporately ... I don&#039;t see it yet.</description>
