Actually I believe IBM has been saying a lot of the same things around how to get started: there are the SOA entry points, and Sandy Carter's book spends a lot of time talking about the need to start off with something manageable. That's not a crack at individuals - Hugh shows that there are people at Microsoft who get it, and I am a HUGE fan of Kim Cameron, but corporately ... I don't see it yet.
