Johnnie Moore came across some very interesting comparisons over at Registan, via Andrew Sullivan. There is no point in saying anything much, other than the American public recently voted for a reality-based discourse. It seems the publishers of Newsweek and Time, like George Bush, didn’t get the memo. You want the truth? You can’t handle the truth…
Or how about this?

First photo doesn’t load (You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/uploads/2007/03/time echoes newsweek on jihadistan-thumb_r1.jpg on this server.), but your point is well taken. Nothing like a little gloss over real events – the corporate media doesn’t want us to pay much attention to what is really going on in the world.
Crazy.
Cheers!
That’s an oldie. It’s the cover from October 2, 2006.
Yeeuch. Who are they to say that American’s don’t want (or deserve) news?
I hadn’t seen that before. Good one.
