> Do you even track what bloggers say about you?

Of course we do! ;)

We've been meaning to set up a company blog for ages, and will probably do so over the holidays. In the meantime, there are lots of ways we communicate / ways to see what's up at Last.fm:

* The Team page features an aggregation of recent staff blogs (scroll down):
http://www.last.fm/about/team/

* We're always active on our extremely busy site forums:
http://www.last.fm/forum/

* Or come chat to us on the Audioscrobbler IRC channel:
Server: irc.audioscrobbler.com
Room: #audioscrobbler

The charts issue this week isn't my department, but suffice it to say there were some tech hiccups and we're working to resolve them asap. Hang in there!

Thanks for your kind words,
-Matt

Yeah, happens sometimes. Sunday seems to be the update day, usually, but sometimes, they just miss it. My charts didn't yet update for the week either, despite the fact that I saw the tracks scroll by this week. But ya gotta look at the bright side, James. The net result is, there's still no Kylie Minogue in the charts -- surely that's a good thing? ;-) And, BTW, did you notice that one of the new people has Celine Dion in their playlist? Shudder.

I only started using last.fm a couple weeks ago--it gave me a batch of recommendations once and that was it. Don't know what's going on with it, meanwhile, I'm listening to Pandora but with the music scrobbled through last.fm just in case it ever decides to recommend something to me again.
