Personally I think comments break the virtuous circle of RSS whuffie. As far as I know, ZDNet implemented registration to deal with blog trolls. Since I support commenting in RSS (on your own feed) I don’t have a problem with a service restriction that doesn’t get in the way all that much. On the other hand, James, your comment area is very convenient. Perhaps Om will see it, or respond to my question OMline.
