Amazon, All You can Eat Delivery and Service Oriented Economics (via Seth)

I don’t know if they offer this service in the UK yet but i will definitely subscribe if they do.

Amazon is offering free superfast delivery for everything you buy for a flat fee of $79 a year. As Seth Godin says this shows Amazon understands people. But in my mind it also shows they really understand subscription-based models and Service Oriented Economics.
