My company uses a number of commercial/open source monitoring tools and we are happy with the results, but we are starting to finally figure out that we need a fault management tool like rivermuse to tie everything together. I am hoping that rivermuse can deliver since my boss is seriously talking about buying netcool and I want to be able to give him another option that makes sense, save the company a ton of money and will preserve my sanity:)

Any idea when rivermuse is going to release its software? We are really interested in taking a hard look at what they are offering.
