Scott Hebner at RSDC – Rational Team Concert, Jazz, SaaS Thinking

While at RSDC I had the chance to talk with Scott Hebner, Rational VP of Marketing and Strategy, on the Jazz and Rational Team Concert announcements at the show. Also, I ask him about IBM Rational’s thinking when it around putting parts of the software development life-cycle online as a hosted service.
