I was a bit worried about actually twittering Nupty because I wasn’t entirely sure of the dictionary definition.
Numpty is a word I have used and have heard used for quite some time and describes an absolute and complete idiot. As per the great definition you found it matched the workmen next door that tunred off water for half the street entirely. Compete numpty’s.
