Should get one of these for Kim. Also be nice to compare against to other gizmos.

I bought a Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 back in June for use with Yahoo IM to communicate with my family.
It was fiendish in that it had a button on top that I always clicked thinking it was an on/off button, only to find it just fired up MS’s own IM program!
I could never get that MS webcam to work reliably with Yahoo IM.
Daughter Jen later reported she had great success with a Creative Live! Cam, so I bought one and it works like a charm.
thanks,dave
Thanks! That’s a good cautionary note. Did you try getting it to work with Skype? That seems like the only OS X< ->Windows video bridge…maybe there’s other options thought.
To believe that chance (or Google !) Does things on the net , I was looking for details on that since last Thursday and I fall to snitch on this page, thank you ;)
