		<description>Lunt: I agree. It seems like tackling legacy projects is where Agile changes. JP was just talking about that challenge at lunch today.

I'm sure Agile can be successful on long term, multi-version projects, but I feel like there needs to be an update for "Mature Agile" projects. Maybe practices change and/or there are additional practices.</description>

		<description>Good podcast.  It's amazing how similar the issues are across various companies doing large-scale development projects.  In hearing this, I would propose this postulation:  A development team's ability to be agile is proportional to the amount of "legacy" code the development team has to maintain.</description>
