fwiw - until ibm adopts an open metamodel, i am not sure borland “hasnt learned” - that is - there is no broad agreement at the upper echelons about an open metamodel that might be instantiated in Eclipse. Corona is groping towards that, as a Compuware initiative. but we’d need more consensus before we can really bash Borland on this.
Fair enough. I’m always looking for industry adoption of standards faster than they actually happen.
