		<description>I took a look at your webcasts on Mylyn and typed up my notes / thoughts here:

As you can infer from the title, my thoughts wandered more to the disconnect that happens between how PM's define tasks (granularity/scope) and how technical teams do it.  Mylyn does a great job at optimizing the technical role ... but can it bridge the gap to single process (PM/tech) for management.  I hear hour reporting through Mylyn is coming up in the next release.  

We shall see I guess.</description>
