My favorite word is "interesting" rather than "exciting" but I didn't learn that until we did the Office 2.0 Podcast Jam and I made a drinking game out of how many times I said "hmmm, interesting" on my interview podcasts. 

I was thinking that you pronounce SaaS as "sass"--how have you heard it? I ask because you said "an SaaS model" which implies saying each letter individually. The problem with being a web worker is not knowing how to pronounce all these newfangled acronyms.
