I might get one of these: it’s cheap, has a built in Mic, FM, uses normal batteries, and is small. It’s only a gig, but I already have to manage my old iPod’s use. Being able to record would be great for podcasts.

Some nice mouse tricks in OS X for scrolling verticle and horizontal and for zooming. The double finger track-pad stuff works with it.
